Our Mystery Boxes are a fun way to expand your shirt collection or give as a gift to any football fan! That is the main idea behind it. You do not know what shirt you will receive and you will experience that special feeling when you open your Mystery Box.

We offer Men’s, Kid’s and Women's shirts from ANY Club, ANY League, ANY Country, delivered to your door. All of our shirts are authentic and brand new with tags. For more information visit the How It Works? tab.

Yes, every single shirt you receive is 100% authentic and brand new with tags. We do not condone the promotion or sale of counterfeit products.

You will receive a shirt within the last 5 seasons.

No. The main idea of the Mystery Box is to allow people to receive different shirts that they normally would not purchase themselves and also to experience the element of surprise. However, we do understand people may not want rival teams or shirts they already own so please specify these teams you would like to avoid at checkout.

We will price match any Mystery box (excluding postage) that is from reputable Mystery shirt website. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, UK customers will receive their orders within 2-4 working days (Standard Delivery). International customers will receive their orders within 7-14 working days. 

All of our Mystery Boxes are sent using Royal Mail, Yodel or Evri Tracked Service to provide a safe tracking system.

Yes, we can ship pretty much anywhere worldwide. If you cannot see your desired location at checkout please contact us and we can explore options to send a Mystery Box out to you. 

Please be advised that ordering from outside the UK may incur import taxes and duties. It is your responsibility as the customer to make payment for these fees. If you are unsure if you will be liable to pay import fees, we suggest you check your governments policy on importing from the UK before placing your order. 

If you choose to refuse your order at customs, we have the right to deduct return delivery costs from your refund where applicable.

We do not accept returns unless it is an extreme circumstance (you have received the wrong size or the shirt is damaged). In these cases we will be more than happy to exchange your shirt.

We do not accept any returned items without tags and it must be returned in the condition it was received in. 

Customers will be required to pay for their return and we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for a parcel being lost.
